Fagnant spoke to the Houlton Rotary Club on Monday March 20th, 2017 at the luncheon meeting. He and Ken and now with Otis’s help with the Qualified Loggers Program all work at ACE to promote high school degrees, college education and enrichment courses. Ervin manages the corrections education at the Aroostook County Jail and works with probation officers. Fagnant oversees all testing and with Ervin’s assistance oversees all programs of which there are many, such as AEFLA, WIOA, CASAS, HiSET, and NWDB.
