A happy occasion as Dawn Degenhardt and Danette Ellis of Aid for Kids

receive a portion of the proceeds from the very successful E-Waste Day.

Rotarian Mac Randolph in the photo is holding the microphone and to the right of him is Danette Ellis, Dawn Degenhardt and Rotarian Nancy West. Nancy and Mac organized the E-Waste Day this year at the St. Mary’s Church parking lot. The event went on until four o’clock when it was assumed it would end by one o’clock and two tractor trailers were filled plus a smaller box truck and two long tow behind trailers. The event gave Aid For Kids nine hundred and thirty-eight dollars to help distribute all of the many items available to children in the area.
